Elevating Insight is a workplace behavioral tendencies assessment designed to help people better understand how they naturally show up at work.

The assessment is practical by design. The goal is not to place people into fixed categories. The goal is to create better conversations, stronger self-awareness, and more intentional action.

At the center is How You Work, the core assessment built around the Workplace Behavioral Tendencies framework. It helps individuals and teams reflect on how they communicate, approach decisions, move through change, collaborate with others, and respond under pressure.

Many workplace assessments are helpful because they give people language. The challenge is that language can become limiting when people are reduced to one type, color, label, or category.

Elevating Insight takes a more flexible approach. It recognizes that people carry elements of multiple behavioral tendencies, and those tendencies may show up differently depending on the work, the role, the relationship, or the pressure of the moment.
