That belief has shaped my entire career. For more than 25 years, I have worked in customer-focused leadership roles where people, process, and performance had to work together.

During my time with Comcast/NBCUniversal, I served as Vice President of Support Excellence. In that role, I helped develop strategies, processes, and programs for teams of more than 4,000 people. The work was complex, fast-moving, and deeply operational. It also reinforced something I believe deeply: results improve when people understand the goal, trust the process, and feel equipped to contribute.

I now serve as Vice President of Customer Experience at Smartaira, where I continue to lead customer experience, employee engagement, service operations, and process improvement work in a growing organization.

Elevating Everyone grew from that experience. I launched this consultancy to help leaders and teams improve communication, strengthen culture, and create customer experiences that drive meaningful business results.
